Dangerous Goods.

Means all goods listed in the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, Any substance or article prescribed as Dangerous Goods for the purposes of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 and associated regulations and any other item listed above as Dangerous Goods.

Valuable items.

Means any item of a fragile nature (including glassware and lighting) wine, bottled products, display signs, cash.

Perishable Items.

Biological specimens, organisms and cultures, blood, serum and chilled medical supplies. Items which need to be delivered within a limited timeframe. Items that may soil or decay.

You acknowledge that we are not in a position to ascertain the contents of any items given to us for delivery and will not in any circumstances be deemed to be aware of the contents. It is your responsibility to check if the items you are sending is prohibited. We may open and inspect any items we suspect may be a Dangerous item. If we find such an item it will not be deleivered and we will not refund the amount you paid to us to deliver the item.
